Our highly skilled engineers are always on hand to quickly diagnose any problems associated with your communications.

We keep a wide range of spare parts in stock and have a "next day" delivery arrangement with the manufacturers if required. Technical backup is available at all times to ensure your system is up and running within the contract response times.

Included in the packages is on-site parts and labour cover for all proprietary components of the supported telecoms apparatus, together with Technical Support by telephone where required from our UK Based Support Desk.

Finance / Leasing

T2k offer competitive leasing rates for both existing and new businesses.

You can choose scheduled repayments from one to seven years and your payments can be made monthly, quarterly or annually.

Training

Many of you will have had your telephone system in operation for a number of years and often the person who was initially fully trained on your telephone system may well have left. In today's competitive environment the telephone offers many labour saving and time saving benefits. It is the philosophy of T2k to ensure that system users, whether existing or new, are fully trained on the capabilities of their system.
