INTERNATIONAL LAWFIRM

Increases in business levels meant that this large solicitors practice had outgrown their current head office, leading to the acquisition of a second office approximately 500 yards away.

Although they now had two offices, they needed to present these as a single entity with voice calls and data flowing seamlessly between sites. T2k provided the solution by installing a complete structured voice and data network along with two Inter-Tel Axxess communications platforms.

These sites are transparently connected for voice and data using voice over IP technology via a wireless LAN to LAN bridge. Incoming calls can now be answered at either office and routed anywhere throughout the inter-site network with both systems supported by a single voice mail and Callview Call Centre Management Information software.

Recent success in their on-line catalogue and high street retail outlets led to a need to expand in terms of personnel, warehousing and distribution capacity leading to the acquisition of an additional office and warehouse complex.

T2k provided a comprehensive solution with the installation of 2 Inter-Tel Axxess voice over IP communications platforms and Callview ACD Call Centre software to serve the three sites which comprises of two office/ warehouses and a high street retail outlet.

All three sites now enjoy seamless and transparent connectivity for all voice and data applications across the entire network. Not only is all network activity monitored and recorded by the Callview call centre software, recent investment in digital call recorders means that all calls are recorded and archived onto DVD with remote search and replay capabilities.

Field agent surveys are received by the Inter-Tel IVR Applications Platform integrated onto the customers' own database enabling automatic and prompt production of detailed client reports.



TRAVEL INSURANCE

This leading national Travel Insurance company operate two increasingly busy call centres providing travel insurance on behalf of some of the industries leading insurance companies. These call centres need to operate seamlessly with the ability to handle calls at either site efficiently and in the correct order.

The T2k solution comprises of two Inter-Tel Axxess voice over IP communication platforms transparently linked across shared voice and data leased lines. Callview ACD software enables them to manage, monitor and control agent activity/productivity.

With office space and cost at a premium they have recognised the benefits of home working and have invested in Inter-Tel IP Keysets, this enables agents to work from home as a fully transparent extension of the office system by simply logging-in and immediately become part of the Axxess network/ Callview ACD agent hunt groups.
