Investment in training makes all the difference...
Many of you will have had your telephone system in operation for a number of years and often the person who was initially fully trained on your telephone system may well have left. In today's competitive environment the telephone offers many labour saving and time saving benefits. It is the philosophy of T2k to ensure that system users, whether existing or new, are fully trained on the capabilities of their system.
We believe that in today's environment the sophistication of telephone systems is such that training would need to take place in exactly the same manner as if you bought a new computer software package.
Different training modules are available from simple on-site extension user training, voicemail training to operator or reception training through to advanced system manager training.
