Maintenance
T2k are able to provide an increasing portfolio of services focused on the management and support of communications equipment.
Our highly skilled engineers are always on hand to quickly diagnose any problems associated with your communications.
We keep a wide range of spare parts in stock and have a "next day" delivery arrangement with the manufacturers if required. Technical backup is available at all times to ensure your system is up and running within the contract response times.
Included in the packages is on-site parts and labour cover for all proprietary components of the supported telecoms apparatus, together with Technical Support by telephone where required.
Two classes of service are available, varying by hours and days of cover and speed of response as follows:
Standard Service
0900 - 1700 Hours. Monday to Friday (excluding Bank and Public holidays)
Major Fault
Target Response Time - 4 working hours
Minor Fault
Target Response Time - 8 working hours.An engineer will either attend site or our Technical Support team will resolve faults via remote diagnostics.
Emergency Service
24/7. 365 days a year.
Target Response Time - As above Standard Service with the benefit of responding within 4 working hours outside normal working hours (365 days a year) for major faults.
Special contracts may be tailored to requirements
