Enterprise Messaging

Inter-Tel's Enterprise Messaging application is a scalable, speech-enabled messaging and call routing tool that combines voice and data communications in a unified environment. The messaging application provides a unified presentation for voice, fax and/or email communications. Optional speech recognition and text-to-speech applications support enrich message access when users are away from the office through an email reader application.

Each Enterprise Messaging system is available as a kit with the necessary software, hardware and port licences included to support the installation.

• AIC card
• Voice port software licences to enable the hardware ports
• Windows 2000 Professional recovery CD-ROM (Base 1 only)

• 1-port Test-to-Speech for email reader
• Twenty-five Unified Messaging software licences
