Telephony Manager

Inter-Tel presents Telephony Manager in partnership with ePartners - the world's largest supplier of Microsoft CRM solutions. ePartners have been trading for many years in the USA but have recently launched their European presence based here in London.

Telephony Manager is used in conjunction with Microsoft CRM packages. It is a CTI product which effectively merges the functionality of the Inter-Tel Axxess Desktop within a Microsoft environment enabling Microsoft CRM users to have a streamlined and user friendly desktop interface.
