 CT Gateway
CT Gateway and switch transceiver software is used in situations where a CTI application is working in a multi-node environment.
The gateway unifies the individual nodes' event streams into a single seamless flow of data, providing the CTI application in question with Level 2 OAI information from all associated nodes.
The CT Gateway is available in two versions:
- CT Gateway - Single Application
- CT Gateway - Multiple Applications
In the single application version of CT Gateway only one application can link to the CT Gateway at any one time. However the multiple application variant allows for numerous simultaneous application connections ie Callview, Axxessory Console V3 and HotAgent could all concurrently access the CT Gateway.
